How many types of service products are provided on CBIZE.com? What's the difference between them?

During the period of Beta, "Search Engine" and "Brand Service" are the two types of service products provided by CBIZE.
"Search Engine" is a electronic transaction platform provided by CBIZE for the members to independently choose the service providers, service products and price according to their own need. CBIZE provides technical support and technical improvement for the transaction and coordinate between the involved parties in the transaction. However, CBIZE immunes from any liability of disputes over the service products which should be addressed by the purchaser and the service provide.
"Brand Service" includes the implementation plan, choose of the service providers, supervision of the service quality provided by CBIZE according to the outsourcing service requirements by the members. CBIZE guarantees whole process warranty of brand service including the service content, service period, and service object. CBIZE provides 100% refund guarantee if there is any quality problems in the service with exception of those caused by force majeure.

How to choose the service provider in the "Search Engine"?

You may refer to search engine. The complete list of price factors of the service products are provided here for you to choose the service that you need
Through the fixation of the price factors, you can easily get the list of the qualified service providers after a few steps. You may narrow the result by conditional searching or find the satisfactory service provider through page-turning. Once you have get the proper provider, you may select it and click "Add to cart".

As long as you have got clear answer to the inquiry, you can click "Confirm to order" for the access to the formation of order and the payment.

What is an "Order"?

As long as you get the selected products in your shopping cart to the "CHECK OUT", an order is automatically formed with the basic information as well as the price of the products on it. You may check your orders in the "ORDER CENTER" of "MY CBIZE". You may view and delete the orders if they are unpaid. However, once the deposit is paid, the whole process of the service gets started and you cannot withdraw your order for the protection of the interests of both you and the service providers.

Why I cannot find my orders?

Both English and Chinese version of are provided on CBIZE.com. With respect to the incompatibility of different languages, your orders may not be displayed in both the versions. If you make your order in the English version, you may not find it in the Chinese version, and vice versa.

How do I check the status of the orders?

You can check the status of every order in the "ORDER CENTER" of "MY CBIZE". The status of the order changes with the system's confirmation of your payment, the progress in the implementation of the service. You can conduct your operation according to the instructions provided by the system.

How do I use the discounted vouchers?

During the period of Beta, you can get a discounted voucher (10% off)with a valid time of 60 days automatically sent by the system upon your complete payment of the service products. You can check the information of your discounted voucher in "MY DISCOUNTED VOUCHER"        of "MY CBIZE". You can use the discounted voucher within the valid time to enjoy 10% off of the total charge of the newly purchased products. Each voucher can only be used once.

Do I have to pay for the tax of the service charge?

All the prices for the service products listed on CBIZE.com have already taken the tax into account, thus you do not have to pay additional fee besides the listed price.

What's the liabilities of the service providers of CBIZE?

With exception of those caused by force majeure, the change of the governmental regulations, or by the customers:
The service provider should complete the service within the limited time according to the price factors you choose in the column of "Search Engine". Otherwise the provider should undertake liabilities for breaking of contract. The customer can get the compensation through coordination or legal means. CBIZE.com has the obligation to conduct communication and coordination between the provider and the customer; however, CBIZE.com should assume no related liabilities.
On occasions that you choose the "Brand Service" of CBIZE and accept the solution and quotation provided by CBIZE, CBIZE should give 100% refund if the service is not completed within the limited time.

What's the liabilities of the customers?

The customer should independently bear the loss due to the delay or unfulfillment of the service caused by the customer him/herself. And the service provider reserves the right to claim for compensation.
Those caused by the customer him/herself include:

  1. The customer does not provide the related documents, materials and other certificates within the limit time suggested by the service provider.
  2. The customer does not pay the balance within the limited time
  3. The customer provides false documents, materials or certificates.
  4. The customer provides false contact information or does not update the contact information promptly, and thus the service provider or CBIZE cannot contact them.
  5. The customer wants to adjust the service content or the price factors during the process of the service
  6. Other conditions similar to those in the above items
